Press Release: kiloWattsol, key player in the €50 million financing for Helexia to develop 240 new solar power plants

kiloWattsol is proud to have contributed as an independent technical advisor to the recent financing deal concluded by Helexia, a subsidiary of the Voltalia Group. This capital raise of €50 million will enable Helexia to develop 240 new rooftop and carport solar power plants located across France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.  

As part of this project, kiloWattsol mobilised its expertise in technical auditing, production modelling, risk assessment, and due diligence to secure the confidence of investors and financial partners, including La Banque Postale and Bpifrance. 

Thanks to this financing, Helexia will strengthen its portfolio of solar assets and accelerate its role in the decarbonisation of European territories. For kiloWattsol, this operation confirms its position as a reference in independent engineering services for developers, investors, and financial institutions.
