Press Release: kiloWattsol supports Telamon Énergie in the commissioning of one of France’s largest rooftop solar plants

kiloWattsol, an independent engineering and quality control firm specialized in photovoltaic systems, was honored to participate in the commissioning of the new rooftop solar power plant developed by Telamon Énergie, a subsidiary of the Telamon Group. This installation, located on a 105,000 m² logistics platform at the Port of Le Havre, stands out as one of the most emblematic rooftop photovoltaic projects of the year.  

With more than 18,000 solar panels deployed over 36,000 m², the site has an installed capacity of 8.1 MWp and an estimated annual production of 8.5 GWh—equivalent to the electricity consumption of over 2,000 households.

In this strategic project for the energy transition in logistics hubs, kiloWattsol acted as an independent third-party technical expert in the Technical Due Diligence of the project. Our engineers conducted rigorous inspections, performance verifications, and compliance checks to ensure the quality, safety, and durability of the overall system.
